Borough Construction offers a community reinvestment program designed for first time home owners.
We believe that home ownership is a wonderful accomplishment in life and should be a pleasant experience for the new home owner.
To show our recognition and admiration to such a great accomplishment, we provide a construction service discount program to first time home owners. Discounts of up to 20% off from our regular construction service prices are available to qualified first time home owners.
